How much communication does Rueger Riley, Inc., have with the builders/vendors? Will I be expected communicate between parties? 2017-05-26T17:40:34+00:00

We have a lot of experience in construction management, and can be involved as much or as little as a client desires during construction.  We have a great track record of successful partnerships with builders and vendors, and understand the unique challenges that all parties may face.  Our ultimate goal is for our clients to have a great experience during the entire process, start to finish.

At Rueger Riley, Inc., we love helping residential and commercial clients increase the function and love of their space.  Sometimes, a structure just needs some tweaks to make it perfect. Other times, a whole new outlook on a building or home can change a ho-hum living space into the perfect environment.

Our renovations start with an on-site consultation for us to get a feel for the space, as well as an idea of what a client is looking to accomplish. We can then give you a comprehensive game plan and proposal for the redesign.  Some clients take these plans directly to a builder they love, and other times they use the plans as a way to bid on a project for best overall construction value.  We have direct construction experience here in Western North Carolina, and can help tailor your project to your budget so you don’t get caught off-guard by construction pricing.

Will you help ensure that I have all the appropriate permits, before we begin new construction or a renovation? 2017-05-26T17:38:18+00:00

We are a full service architectural firm that will assist you in every step of the way.  We always develop house or business plans in accordance with any applicable guidelines, such as zoning and code ordinances, HOA design regulations, and can help with any approval processes needed.  For construction purposes, your builder will apply for and obtain all city or county permits necessary for construction.

There are several different ways to approach buying land, with finances, lending and personal preference all coming into play.

Commonly, a client approaches us to design a structure after they have already purchased land.  This allows us to get started immediately, creating a home or business perfect for the terrain and layout of their unique site.

Alternatively, we can develop conceptual architectural plans with the goal of the client then finding and purchasing land to suit. Since your situation will be unique, please call us and we can discuss the approach that may work best for your project.  We are also happy to meet with you on a potential building site for a professional opinion. Please call us with any questions you have about a piece of land you love.
